ABXY MouseClick Kits for GameCube Controller Buttons

A kit designed to aid in modifying OEM or Resin GameCube Controller ABXY buttons to be used with omron mouseclick switches (also included).

Starter Kit:

• 1x 0.0mm Sanding Block
• 1x 1.5mm Sanding Block
• 1x Resupply Kit (see below)

Resupply Kit:

• 1x ABXY Plug Inserts (for OEM buttons/non back-filled)
• 1x ABXY Plug Caps (for back-filled/solid buttons)
• 4x Omron Switches (your choice of actuation)
• 1x Small Spool of PTFE Tape for optional stabilizing of buttons

Please note that the OEM buttons pictured in the photos are NOT included and are just for show. Additionally, the sanding blocks may come in a different color other than purple shown, depending on the active roll of filament we have in use. Sanding blocks are printed with TPU for its abrasion resistance and will last through many sanding sessions. Circle indents are printed on the surface with a depth of 0.2mm. If the indents start to fade away, the blocks should be replaced. 

Installation Guide/Options: The measurements of 0.0mm and 1.5mm on the two sanding blocks represent the spacing between the bottom of the button and the actuator button on the omron switch when installed. The 0.0mm block should only be used if you want a flat bottom to your buttons (you will not be able to install the plugs or dome caps included). The 1.5mm sanding block can be utilized in different ways: A: For hollow buttons (such as OEM), you may either backfill them with resin, sand, then apply the provided domed caps OR sand then apply the provided domed plugs. B: For solid filled resin buttons the only option is to sand them down then apply the provided domed caps.
